Ted Bolema is executive director of the Institute for the Study of Economic Growth in the Barton School of Business at Wichita State University, where he is also an associate professor of economics. He formerly was the director of policy editing for the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He received his Ph.D. in economics from Michigan State University and his J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law.
