Allen Mendenhall is associate dean and Grady Rosier Professor in the Sorrell College of Business at Troy University in Troy, Alabama. He’s also an associated scholar at the Ludwig von Mises Institute and a policy adviser for the Heartland Institute. He earned his bachelor’s in English from Furman University, a master’s in English from West Virginia University, law degrees from the West Virginia University College of Law and Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, and a doctorate in English from Auburn University.
